LEGO® Serious Play™ A HANDS-ON LANGUAGE FOR TEAM IDENTITY

Unlock the potential of your team to build your way to better business. Using the award-winning LEGO® Serious Play™ methodology, the session is about creating an environment where teams will use 3-dimensional thinking by creating and constructing metaphors to describe situations your organization faces. Building landscape models with LEGO bricks enables individuals in a work team or unit to uncover who they are at their core, learn a new and better way of communicating, and find meaning in how, why and who they are. The LEGO® Serious Play™ methodology breaks down communication barriers that exist between teams, and ranks within an organization as it sets everyone at an even level playing field. The session creates a shared platform of understanding and commitment that unlocks more vital potential within the individual, enriches the team life, strengthens the team connections and creates team wisdom.
