Course Description

LEGO® Serious Play™ COMMUNICATE & LISTEN THROUGH THE BRICKS

Through LEGO® Serious Play™, customer service is one of the most important aspects of a business and good customer service skills can be learned. There are some who are having difficulties learning these skills. In LEGO® Serious Play™ storytelling and metaphor are two key components.Through that, individuals learn to explain their LEGO models to the rest of the group so that the group members understand the meaning of their models. On the other hand, team members also learn to listen carefully to the storyteller.

This session develops communication and listening skills, which are the two most important skills in excellent customer service.

Key Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, participants should be able to:

  • Provide higher level of customer service to generate return business.
  • Master ways to develop and maintain a positive and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Engage with customer and up sell their services or products.
