LEGO® Serious Play™ HANDS-ON TO A BETTER SAFETY

Through LEGO® Serious Play™, fundamentals of safety is an area of concern in protecting workers’ safety while in employment. A safe workplace practice can reduce the number of injuries and deaths, property damages, legal liability and missed time from work.Safety training class will help to establish a safety culture in which employees themselves promote proper safety procedures on the job. Therefore it is important that new employees be properly trained and embrace workplace safety culture.Using “hands-on” teaching methodology of LEGO® Serious Play™ and flexible approaches, you will create and adapt the essential safety work habits.

This workshop is to enhance the interest and awareness on the importance of safety and it is not a training programme on the technicality and functions of safety practice, policies, procedures, regulations, legality, and the like.

Key Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, participants should be able to:

• Use the LEGO bricks to explain key challenges that a business is facing such as a lack of awareness in hazards and risks.
• Take the appropriate actions in order to avoid high risk situations where others could be placed at risk.
• Identify proper work safety instructions and wearing suitable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in LEGO® Serious Play™ Landscape.
• Articulate hazard and risk assessment through playing emergence.
